The last word The syringe with the right hoses. Capacity published, seals stated.
What lands on the bench
A 200 cc EPDM extraction syringe with double seals and two hoses, 30 and 60 cm (23.6 in).
Why two hoses
Reach. A short hose is controllable in a shallow reservoir; a long one gets to the bottom of a deep one or through a gearbox filler. Having both is what makes the tool general-purpose.
The seals
Double rubber, stated. A syringe that loses its seal loses its vacuum, and that is how these tools die — usually a year after purchase and always mid-job.
What it is not for
Engine oil. The volumes are wrong by an order of magnitude, and there is no tank to hold what comes out.

What it does, and what it misses
Strengths
Two hose lengths, so it reaches into deep and shallow reservoirs alike
A published capacity, which the cheaper syringe here does not give
Double seals, which is what stops a syringe losing suction after a season
Compromises
200 cc means many strokes for anything substantial
Manual only — no vacuum tank
Still not an engine oil tool

The questions that reach us
How many strokes for a brake reservoir?
A typical car reservoir holds a few hundred milliliters, so two or three fills. That is manageable — and it is why a 200 cc syringe is the right size for the job.
Does the 60 cm (23.6 in) hose reach a gearbox filler?
On many cars, yes — that is exactly what the longer hose is for. Whether the filler is accessible at all is a per-car question the manual answers.

Brake fluid changes and gearbox top-ups, where 200 cc at a time is enough.
What buyers actually choose
Amazon reports what buyers took in the month before this page was last checked: at least 100.
The figure is a floor, rounded by Amazon, and read through Keepa — it says what buyers picked, not what a maker claims.
