The last word The version for higher tire pressures. The memory function is the feature you will use monthly.
What lands on the bench
A jump pack with a 160 PSI compressor, an LCD screen, a preset with memory and a three-mode light.
Why memory matters more than pressure
Almost nothing on a car needs 160 PSI. What gets used every month is the memory: set your pressure once and the unit recalls it, which turns a tire check into pressing one button four times.
Where the higher pressure earns its place
Van and trailer tires, which run considerably higher than a car’s. If none of those is in your driveway, the extra pressure is a specification you will never reach.
The number to ignore
9000 A. Every pack quotes a peak; none quotes it to a standard. Compare the inflators, the screens and the weights instead.

What it does, and what it misses
Strengths
Inflator memory: it remembers the pressure you use, which turns a monthly check into one button
Higher stated inflator pressure than the pack below it, which matters for a van or a trailer tire
Strobe and SOS on the light
Compromises
9000 A peak: a bigger number than the others and no more meaningful
Smaller screen than the alternative here
Same shared-cell compromise as every combined pack

The questions that reach us
Does the preset actually stop the pump?
That is what the maker states, and it is the feature to insist on. An inflator without automatic stop has to be watched, which defeats the purpose of a preset.
Is 160 PSI useful on a car?
No — car tires run far below it. The figure matters for van, trailer and some caravan tires, and it is the reason to choose this over a lower-pressure unit.
