HASKYY 3/8 inch 5–60 Nm calibrated set review
The one that publishes both numbers: ±3% accuracy, calibrated to ISO 6789-1:2017 — the standard that defines what a torque wrench accuracy claim means.
The last word Publishes the tolerance and the standard behind it. On a measuring tool, that is the product.
What lands on the bench
A 3/8 inch click wrench from 5 to 60 Nm in half-newton steps, stated at ±3% and calibrated to ISO 6789-1:2017, with a 27-piece accessory set.
Why the standard matters more than the percentage
Anyone can print ±3%. ISO 6789-1 defines how that figure is established and over what part of the scale it applies. A wrench that names the standard is making a claim that could in principle be checked; one that does not is making a marketing statement.
The habit that keeps it true
Wind it back to the lowest graduated setting after use, and never use it to undo anything. A torque wrench used as a breaker bar is out of calibration and cannot tell you so.
Where it stops
Sixty newton-meters. Wheel bolts need the other wrench, and both are worth owning.

What it does, and what it misses
Strengths
Names the calibration standard, which is what turns "±3%" into a verifiable claim
Same fine increment as the wrench above it, with the tolerance published
Quick locking mechanism, so a set value does not drift while you work
Compromises
Same range limit — no wheel bolts
A calibration certificate is a statement about the tool when it left the factory
More expensive than the equivalent uncertified set

The questions that reach us
What does ISO 6789 actually specify?
It is the international standard for hand torque tools: how they are classified, marked, and how their accuracy is verified. A wrench calibrated to it has had its tolerance established by a defined method rather than asserted.
Does calibration last?
Not indefinitely. Makers publish an interval in uses or years, and nothing preserves calibration except staying inside the range and storing the wrench wound back to its lowest setting.
