What this actually is
A round PP bucket dolly, 286 mm (11.3 in) outer diameter with a 275 mm (10.8 in) inner hole, 94 mm (3.70 in) high, carrying a stated 220–331 lb (100–150 kg) on five 360° swivel wheels, two of them with brakes. It takes a 10-inch bucket in the center hole, has four further storage holes for a spray bottle and fluids, and comes with three fixing screws to clamp the bucket to the dolly. Net 2.2 kg (4.9 lb), gross 2.9 kg (6.4 lb). Self-assembly. $39.93.
Every other item on this shelf stores or carries tools. This carries one bucket.
It is here because nothing else on this site does that, and because a wash bucket is the heaviest thing anyone drags round a car: twenty liters of water is 20 kg (44.1 lb), and it gets dragged on its own base over gravel and a driveway lip. On a dolly it is pushed with a foot.
What it is for is published plainly: The first bullet says the largest center hole fits a 10-inch bucket for easy car washing, letting you roll the dolly while wiping or use it as a seat for detailed work.
The seat use is the second half, and it is why the load rating is what it is — 220 to 331 lb is a person, not a bucket. For the low work on this site’s polishing pads and headlight restoration kits shelves, something to sit on that rolls is a real tool.
Five wheels, two braked, which is more than anything else here
| Item | Wheels | Braked |
|---|
| This dolly | 5 swivel | 2 |
| Goplus tray | 4 swivel | none |
| VEVOR cart | 4, two lockable swivels | 2 |
| DESEQPT cart | not stated | 2 lockable |
| Masko, published | 4, two swivelling | 2 |
| Arebos, published | 2 fixed, 2 swivelling | not stated |
Five wheels under a 286 mm (11.3 in) disc is close spacing, and it is the right arrangement for something that gets stood on: a four-wheel round dolly tips when weight goes between two wheels, and a fifth closes the gap.
The brakes are published with their reason: “When it is not sliding, you can fix the bucket dolly somewhere through the brakes, so that it will not slide when you are not paying attention.” A seat that rolls away as you stand up is the failure being prevented.
The introduction’s preference for “two fixed, two swivelling” does not apply to a disc that has to go in every direction.
And the three screws are the detail that makes it work
“Three fixing screws are included in the package. These screws can tightly fix the bucket and the bucket dolly to keep the bucket from tilting during sliding.”
A bucket sitting loose in a hole tips when the dolly hits a lip, and twenty liters of soapy water goes across the drive. Screwing the bucket to the dolly is the unglamorous answer, and it is published along with the problem it solves.
The cost is that the bucket is then attached: it is a wash station rather than a bucket you carry to a tap.
Ninety-four millimeters, which is the second-lowest item on this shelf
Against 102 mm (4.02 in) for the Goplus rolling tray and 805 mm (31.7 in) for the DESEQPT cart.
Both low items on this shelf are low for the same reason — they work at floor level, with the user on the ground. Everything else on this shelf is designed to be reached from standing.
Two hundred and eighty-six millimeters across is smaller than it sounds: it is a disc the size of a dinner plate, and the 275 mm inner hole means almost all of it is the hole. The ring around it is where the four storage holes are.
Two hundred and twenty to three hundred and thirty-one pounds, as a range
“Enhanced PP pulleys support up to 220-331 lbs.”
A range rather than a figure, which is unusual. The specification block gives it as 100–150 kg (220.5 to 330.7 lb), so the two ends are the same claim in two units — and what the range represents is not stated. It may be the difference between a static and a rolling load, or between a centered and an off-center one; the listing does not say.
Of the eight items on this shelf, four publish a capacity, and this is the only one that publishes it as a band. The VEVOR cart’s 200 lb top / 400 lb bottom is the clearest figure here; the DESEQPT cart’s 297 lb the vaguest about where it applies.
It needs assembling, and the listing says so
“These pulleys are easy to install and need to be installed by yourself.”
Five wheels to fit to a disc. Trivial, and published — which the DESEQPT cart matches with its press-fit note and nothing else on this shelf addresses at all.
The listing also publishes a measurement tolerance: “please allow… 1-3 cm (0.4 to 1.2 in) error due to manual measurement.” On a 286 mm (11.3 in) disc with a 275 mm (10.8 in) hole, a centimeter matters: a 10-inch bucket is 254 mm (10 in), so there is about 10 mm (0.39 in) of clearance before the screws take up the slack.
What is not published
No drawers, slides, lock, worktop or load per shelf — the shelf’s criteria do not apply to a dolly. No wheel size. No bucket depth limit, only a diameter. No warranty term, where the DESEQPT cart states one year. No seat load separate from the carrying load, which is the figure anyone sitting on it would want. No material grade beyond PP.
At $39.93 it moves a full bucket and takes your weight, and it is the only item on this shelf that does either.
