MFUSUL HVLP kit with 3 copper nozzles review
The same three-nozzle format in copper rather than stainless, in an aluminum body — and the nozzles rotate, which lets the fan be turned without moving the cup.
The last word Fan control and an aluminum body. Check your paint system against copper nozzles.
What lands on the bench
An HVLP gun with three copper nozzles at 1.4, 1.7 and 2.0 mm (0.08 in), rotatable through 360°, in an aluminum body.
Why the rotating cap earns its place
Spraying a door means horizontal passes; spraying a sill means vertical ones. Turning the fan rather than the gun keeps your wrist where it should be, and it keeps the overlap consistent.
The material question
Copper nozzles are softer and less resistant to waterborne materials than stainless. For solvent-based paints they are entirely normal; for waterborne systems, stainless is the safer specification.
What still needs establishing
The air the gun consumes, and whether your compressor supplies it continuously.

What it does, and what it misses

Aluminum body rather than pressed steel
Same three-nozzle coverage as its neighbor here
Compromises
Copper nozzles rather than stainless, which is a consideration with waterborne paints
No air consumption or cup capacity published
No pressure regulator included

The questions that reach us
What does a rotatable air cap do?
It turns the fan between horizontal and vertical without moving the gun. Vertical panels are sprayed with horizontal passes and a vertical fan, and being able to switch is what keeps the pattern right on both.
Copper or stainless nozzles?
Stainless resists waterborne paints; copper is fine with solvent-based materials and is softer. If your paint system is waterborne, choose stainless.
